Ingredients
  1. 6 - shallots, finely chopped
  2. 1/4 cup - parsley, finely chopped
  3. 4 Tbs - butter
  4. 1 Tbs - Traditional PepperJam
  5. 3 Tbs - fresh lemon juice
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and add the parsley, shallots, Traditional PepperJam and lemon juice.
  2. Combine well.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If the sauce is too thin, add more butter.
