Ingredients
  1. 4 Tbs - butter
  2. 1/4 cup - flour
  3. 4 cups - water
  4. 4 tsp - concentrated stock or broth
  5. heavy cream
  6. Traditional PepperJam
Instructions
  1. Make a roux with the flour and butter.
  2. Whisk in the stock and Traditional PepperJam, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, skimming the top of the sauce.
  4. Stir in enough cream to give the sauce a smooth texture.
