Favorite Cream Gravy

- 1 Tbs - butter
- 2 Tbs - flour
- 2 Tbs - pan drippings (from fried pork chops, chicken, or chicken-fried steak)
- 1 Tbs - PepperJam, any flavor
- 2 cups - milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine pan drippings with butter until hot.
- Slowly add flour and stir to make a roux and add PepperJam.
- Slowly add the milk; stir constantly.
- Bring to a slow boil.
- Continue to cook until thick and bubbly.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
