Ingredients
  1. 2 Tbs - butter
  2. 1 Tbs - Traditional PepperJam
  3. 2 Tbs - flour
  4. 1 + 1/2 cup - dry red wine
  5. 1/2 cup - water
  6. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Make a roux with the butter and flour.
  2. Stir until it begins to brown slightly.
  3. Add Traditional PepperJam.
  4. Slowly add the water to make a paste.
  5. Add wine, whisking constantly.
  6. Bring to a gentle boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
