Ingredients
  1. 2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
  2. 4 Tbs - butter
  3. 1/3 cup - flour
  4. 1 Tbs - vinegar
  5. 3 cups - water
  6. 1 Tbs - Mango PepperJam
Instructions
  1. In a heavy saucepan, make a roux with the butter and flour. Do not let it brown.
  2. Add water, onions, vinegar, salt, pepper, and Mango PepperJam.
  3. Cover and let the onions cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally until the onions almost dissolve into a puree, approximately one hour.
