Ingredients
  1. 1/2 lb. - cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
  2. 1/2 cup - butter
  3. 2 Tbs - dry sherry
  4. 1 Tbs - lemon juice
  5. 1 Tbs - grated onion
  6. 1/4 tsp - ground mace
  7. 1/4 tsp - dry mustard
  8. 1/4 tsp - cayenne pepper
  9. Mango PepperJam
Instructions
  1. Put shrimp through finest blade of food grinder.
  2. Cream butter and blend in sherry, lemon juice, onion, mace, mustard, cayenne and Mango PepperJam.
  3. Add shrimp and beat until smooth.
