Ingredients
  1. 12 lg. - mushrooms, cleaned
  2. 1/2 cup - butter
  3. 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 clove - garlic, minced
  6. 1/2 cup - PepperJam, any flavor
Instructions
  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté the mushroom stems with butter, garlic, and Worcestershire.
  3. Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish, bowl side up.
  4. Put a little Parmesan cheese in each cap and spoon the sauteed mushroom mixture into the caps.
  5. Add PepperJam.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
