Ingredients
  1. 2 - pepperoni sausages
  2. 15 - asparagus spears, tender
  3. 1/2 cup - butter, softened
  4. 6 - sheets filo dough
  5. 1/2 cup - Traditional PepperJam
Instructions
  1. Peel the skin off of the pepperoni.
  2. Cut into 30 slices, lengthwise.
  3. Cut the asparagus spears in half.
  4. Cut filo dough into 4 pieces.
  5. Brush each piece with butter.
  6. Place two pieces of asparagus and one slice of pepperoni on dough and roll carefully in the filo dough.
  7. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes at 350°.
  8. Use PepperJam for dipping.
