Ingredients
  1. 2 cups - BBQ sauce
  2. 1/2 cup - Chipotle PepperJam
  3. 4 - dried ancho chilies
  4. 1 Tbs - garlic, minched
  5. 1 Tbs - black pepper
  6. 2 tsp - salt
  7. 1 tsp - ground cumin
  8. 1 tsp - white pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak chilies in water to soften, remove the stems, and seeds (if desired).
  2. In food processor puree chilies, garlic, cumin, white pepper, black pepper and salt.
  3. Add BBQ sauce and PepperJam; puree for 30 seconds.
  4. In saucepan bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Also works well with chipotle, or your favorite chili pepper. Spicyness is varied by how many pepper seeds you leave in.
