  1. 6 Tbs - butter
  2. 1/4 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 cup - flour
  4. 1 tsp - paprika
  5. Mango PepperJam to taste
  1. Cream butter until fluffy; beat in cheese.
  2. Blend in flour.
  3. Divide dough in thirds, wrapping each portion in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate until firm enough to roll out.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°.
  6. Roll out 1 portion of dough at a time, keeping the other portions refrigerated.
  7. Dust 2 sheets of plastic wrap with flour; roll out dough between floured sheets of plastic until about 1/8 inch thick.
  8. Peel off top sheet of plastic.
  9. Cut rolled-out dough into 4-inch long, 1/2-inch wide strips.
  10. Hold each strip at both ends; twist in opposite directions to make each have two twists.
  11. Arrange on ungreased baking tray and sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
  12. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Top with Mango PepperJam.
